How do I book a session?

Ready to book your session? Simply reach out to me at info@mpinkphotos.com, and we’ll get everything scheduled.

How far out should I book?

To ensure date and studio availability, please book your session at least 3 weeks in advance. Popular dates fill quickly!

How much is the deposit, and is it refundable?

A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure your booking. This amount will be applied toward your total session cost.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least one week before your scheduled shoot to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is available for a $50 fee. Please notify me as early as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements.

How long do sessions last?

Session lengths vary depending on the package you choose, ranging from 15 minutes for headshots to 8 hours for full-day portraits.

How many images will I receive?

The number of edited images depends on your chosen package, with options ranging from 5 to 30 professionally edited photos.

What's a consultation?

Every session begins with a 30–45 minute consultation where we’ll discuss your vision, style preferences, and ideas to bring your photo shoot to life. During this time, we’ll also confirm your session date and select the ideal location.

What's a Chit-Chat?

A chitchat is a relaxed consultation designed to bring clarity to your vision. If you have ideas for a photo shoot but aren’t sure which package works best, this conversation gives us the chance to talk it through and find the right fit for you.

How should I prepare for my shoot?

Choose outfits that make you feel confident, avoiding bold patterns or logos. Bring multiple options, and ensure your hair, makeup, and nails are camera-ready. Stay rested, hydrated, and arrive on time. I’ll share more tailored tips during our planning process!

Can I bring someone to my shoot?

Yes, certain packages include options for additional people. For other sessions, feel free to bring a guest for support or assistance!

When will I receive my final images?

Final edited images will typically be delivered within 7-14 days after your session, depending on the package and editing requirements.

Do you offer in-home or on-location shoots?

Yes! I offer both in-home and on-location photo sessions in Greenbelt, MD, and surrounding areas. Each session can be customized to match your vision.

Do I get the copyright to my images?

The photographer retains the copyright to all images. You’ll receive unlimited personal usage rights once all fees are paid.

Are there additional costs?

All photo sessions require a $75 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Additional fees may apply for add-ons such as extra retouching, extended time, or additional outfit changes—these can be discussed during your consultation. Studio sessions start at $75, and travel fees are $0.75 per mile for out-of-state trips.
