Service Description
Celebrate the beauty of motherhood with an elevated one-and-a-half-hour maternity session designed to give you more time, variety, and creativity while capturing this special season. This package includes up to two outfits, 12 professionally retouched images, and the option to include your partner and/or children. With additional time for outfit changes and posing variety, we can create a mix of intimate solo portraits, beautiful family moments, and more creative maternity images. I’ll guide you through flattering, comfortable posing so your images feel natural, polished, and true to you. Sessions can take place in the studio or on location, depending on the look and feel you want to create. Perfect for maternity announcements, keepsakes, or simply celebrating this milestone, your final gallery will preserve the beauty of this chapter for years to come. Studio rentals, specialty sets, gowns, florals, and additional props are not included and may require an additional fee.
Booking Policy
## Booking Policy Thank you for choosing MPink Photos! I’m excited to create a beautiful and memorable experience for you. A **$75 non-refundable retainer** is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date and time. Your retainer will be applied toward the total cost of your session. The **remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled session.** Sessions must be paid in full before photography services begin. Rescheduling & Cancellations I understand that things happen! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least **48 hours' notice**. Your retainer may be transferred **one time** to a new session date. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice may require a **new $75 retainer** to secure another date. If you cancel your session, the $75 retainer is non-refundable. Any payments made beyond the retainer will be handled according to the terms of your photography agreement. ### Additional Costs Your selected package includes only the services and items specifically listed in the package description. Additional costs may apply for studio rentals, specialty sets, props, gowns or wardrobe rentals, additional session time, additional retouched images, extensive retouching, or travel. Any known additional costs will be discussed and approved before they are added to your session whenever possible. ### Studio & Location Sessions may take place on location, in-home, or in a studio, depending on your selected package and desired look. **Studio rental fees are not included unless specifically stated in your package.** Location details and any applicable studio or travel fees will be confirmed before your session. ### Image Usage & Copyright MPink Photos retains the copyright to all photographs created during your session. Once your session has been paid in full and your final images have been delivered, you will receive **personal usage rights** to download, share, and print your purchased images. Images may not be edited, altered, sold, or used commercially without written permission from MPink Photos. By booking your session, you acknowledge and agree to the booking policies above.
